Volsablos (Varusaburosu)

A rare, extremely dangerous inhabitant of volcanic regions, Volsablos are however, like their relatives Diablos and Monoblos, herbivores; supplementing their diet with ores. Their primary food source is a species of Volcanic Cactus that fuels the flammable gasses within their bodies. These flaming gasses can be seen shooting off out of their backs and their club-like tails. The more of these cacti consumed in a short period, the hotter the flames in Volsablos' bodies; with the most extreme temperatures signaled by purple/blue hues in the wings, horns, and flames. Volsablos are believed to have evolved from Diablos that started inhabiting and adapting to volcanic regions. These Wyverns are highly aggressive, using a combination of relentless pursuit and searing fire to defend themselves and their territory.

Volsablos was first introduced in Monster Hunter Frontier G6.
